one-h-u-n-d-r-e-d-percent said: You can do it. Don't starve yourself, it'll make you want to eat everything in sight. If you want a sweet, just get a tiny one and then hide the rest away. If you're hungry, drink a cup of water and wait 5 minutes, then eat if you still are. Don't feel bad about what you eat, just make an effort to work it off. It takes a lot of time.
